Feast Menu

First Course:  
  • Breads & Rolls [Corn Tortillas will be available as a gluten-free alternative]
  • Spiced butters
  • Varied cheeses
  • Deviled Eggs [Eggs, Mayo, Mustard, Paprika].

Second Course:
  • Cucumber Soup [Cucumbers, Raisins, Olive Oil, Wine Vinegar, Salt, Scallions, Black Pepper, Plain Yogurt, Heavy Cream, Garnishes:  Walnut Meat and Fresh Dill]
  • Pita Bread with Olive Oil and Spices for dipping - Gluten-free Alternative is Corn Tortillas
  • Couscous Salad [couscous, scallions, parsley, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, Bibb lettuce.  Toasted Pine Nuts will be served on the side for garnish.]

Third Course:
  • Pollastro Arrosto (Roasted Chicken)  14th Century Italian Recipe   [Boneless chicken, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, red wine vinegar, orange blossom water].  
  • Wild Rice cooked in vegetable broth;  
  • Green Beans with sauteed onions cooked in meatless "chicken-flavored" kosher-pareve (neutral) broth.

Fourth Course:
  • Baked Meat Pie  13th Century French Recipe [bite-sized chunks of beef, veal and chicken, cloves, mace, ginger, salt, pepper, dates, currants, Sauterne wine, saffron, hardboiled eggs in a pastry crust.  Gluten-free alternative is the filling served without the crust.

Fifth Course:
  • Fruit Strudel :  Apples or Peaches, Brown Sugar, Vanilla.  Pastry Sheets washed with egg yolk.  Apple Strudel will also contain cinnamon.  Gluten-free alternative is a selection of sliced fresh fruits.  Creme Fraishe served on the side ( Cool whip and buttermilk).  

Water, Lemonade and Iced Tea available for drinks.
